Auto Top-Up
The auto top-up option is not currently available in Arbor. Guardians must manually top up balances as needed.
Arbor offers the following features regarding account balances and top-ups:
- Manual Top-Ups: Guardians and staff can top up accounts (e.g., Meals) manually via the Parent Portal/App.
- Account Types:
- Meals – Top-up style accounts where money is added to a balance and deducted over time.
- Clubs and Trips – Payments are made at the point of purchase (not top-up accounts).
- Card Details: While auto top-up is not available, users may save card details in their browser’s password manager for faster manual payments.
